You don't need to have it figured out before you fill this out. That's kind of the whole point. Just show up honest, and I'll take it from there.

is this therapy?
No. I'm not a licensed therapist, and this isn't a replacement for mental health treatment. This is identity coaching and somatic work for women who are stable and ready to get honest about their lives. If something deeper comes up that needs clinical support, I'll always point you to seek support outside of my scope.

That's exactly who this is for. You don't need a clear problem statement to start. Most women who come to me can't quite name what's wrong, they just know something isn't sitting right anymore. That feeling is enough to begin.

Most women start with The Honest Hour. It gives us both real clarity on what you actually need before committing to a longer program, so you're never guessing whether you picked the right thing.

What happens in a session?
It depends on what you need that day, but sessions usually blend honest conversation with body-based work, breathwork, or simple nervous system regulation techniques, depending on what's going on for you. Some sessions are almost entirely talking. Others involve very little talking at all. I follow what your body and your story actually need at the moment.

Both. The Honest Hour and Hers to Write are available virtually or in-person, whichever fits your life better. The Open Page is virtual by design, since it's meant to fit into an already full life.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice are subject to a 50% late fee, and payments are non-refundable. This keeps the process fair and sustainable for both of us.

I'm a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, personal trainer, and breathwork practitioner, with 25 years of medical device clinical research experience. My work blends identity coaching with nervous system regulation. I strongly believe you can't fully rebuild one body system without the other.
