IDENTITY-FIRST LIFE COACH WHO BELIEVES
Your body’s truth should feel trustworthy & safe, not tense & something you should override.
Your nervous system isn't the enemy. It's the evidence of everything you've survived and information you were never taught to trust.
I've spent years in boardrooms, managing the health care system, on movement mats, and in my own body's wreckage, learning how to rebuild an identity & body from the inside out, so you don't have to figure it out alone.
For over 25 years, I've lived the full split-screen life: participating in high stake boardrooms, running a business, traveling for work, raising kids, and still somehow being the one everyone counted on to hold it all together. I was the high performer, the overachiever, the one who could do it all until my own body couldn't outwork, out-plan, or push through.
The breaking point became my education.
I learned how to include myself in the equation. Now I bring that same rigor I once poured into work and motherhood into helping you do the same: translating what your body's been trying to tell you, so you don't have to hit your own wall to finally listen.
You've spent your whole life being capable for everyone else. This is where that capability finally gets to work for you.
Hi, I'm Andrea
a life coach and somatic coach who believes when one woman chooses authenticity over performance, she changes what the next generation believes is possible
Author of She was born when I finally got honest with myself.
I'd spent years in corporate settings, performing at the highest level, while quietly managing three autoimmune diagnoses and raising two daughters, holding all of it together so well that nobody, including me, noticed how much I'd disappeared inside the roles.
The businesses and career I'd built made sense on paper.
But the conversations I couldn't stop thinking about weren't about wellness or data. They were about women just like me who'd followed the timeline, become everything for everyone else, and somewhere along the way forgot to ask what they actually wanted.
I'm not here to fix women or reinvent them. I'm here to help them get honest about where they are, remember who they were before they started performing for everyone else, and finally decide what they want.
Every woman deserves to be the author of her own life, not simply live by a story someone else handed her.
And I believe this work is bigger than one woman. When she starts living a life that feels like her own, she changes what the next generation believes is possible too.
Beyond being a Life Coach & Somatic Coach, You should probably know that I’m also…
A mom of two daughters who keep me humble & honest
A mom of two daughters who keep me humble & honest
Slightly unhinged but always ready to listen; that thing you want to say…I’m probably thinking it.
A former boardroom executive who traded the windowed office for a home office
Obsessed with Minnesota hockey, GO WILD!
A three-time autoimmune diagnosed thriver & master researcher of all things
A recovering people-pleaser who's learned the hard way that 'fine' isn't a feeling.
Believer that anything is possible for the next generation and it starts with us

You might be in the right place if…
Your first answer to "how are you?" is always "I'm fine," even when you're anything but.
Someone asks what you like to do for fun and you blank, because you genuinely don't know anymore.
You're tired all the time, but the second you try to sit still, your whole body feels like it's bracing for something.
You can't remember the last time you took a full, easy breath (you know, the kind that doesn't catch halfway through).
If this sounds like you, come as you are. I'd love to meet you.
